We are excited to present an opportunity for the role of a Maintenance Operative with a client side provider in Hammersmith.
Position: Maintenance Operative (Plumbing Biased)
Location: Hammersmith, West London
Salary: Up to £37,000
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

We are seeking a Maintenance operative with a strong background in Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial/residential building maintenance. This role involves carrying out plumbing & handyman duties at a number of presitigious sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pipework (Steel, iron & copper)
- Fixing leaks
- Basic electrics
- Carpentry repairs
- Liasing with contractors
- General Handyman maintenance.
Package & Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary of up to £37,000

- 20 days annual leave + 8 Bank holidays (Increases to 25 days after 5 years of service)

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in residential and commercial environments
- Level 2 in Plumbing (minimum) - Essential
- Electrical Qualifications - Bonus but not essential
- Proven track record in building maintenance & plumbing
- Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
Role would be related to the following; Multi-trader, multi-skilled operative, maintenance technician, plumber, maintenance operative, maintenance engineer etc
