About the Role

We are seeking a Maintenance operative with a strong background in Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial / residential building maintenance. This role involves carrying out plumbing & handyman duties at a number of presitigious sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Pipework
• Fixing leaks
• Basic electrics
• Carpentry repairs
• Liasing with contractors
• General Handyman maintenance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in residential and commercial environments
• Proven track record in building maintenance & plumbing
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
