GH Engage is partnered with a leading commercial maintenance provider who are seeking a Technical Manager with High Voltage experience to be based at a state-of-the-art commercial building in the City of London. Building a team on a brand new client site, you will lead the delivery of electrical and mechanical maintenance, including mission critical engineering and projects. The successful applicant will have a demonstrable history in commercial building maintenance and facilities, as well as relevant Electrical Engineering qualifications.
Duties as Technical Manager:
- Delivering maintenance to the landlord areas of a multi-tenanted commercial building.
- Management of a small engineering and administrative team.
- Managing sub-contractors; raise quotations, raise purchase orders.
- Strong & effective communication with the client; answering client queries & complaints.
- Computer literacy & timely communication.
Technical Manager - Requirements:
- Management experience; strong leadership and communication skills.
- Engineering qualifications; Electrical level 3 or equivalent.
- HVAP qualification and experience.
- 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering management (electrical/mechanical).
