GH Engage are seeking AC Mobile Engineers with a valid UK Driving License, for positions based in Cambridgeshire, covering Data Centres on behalf of a Building Maintenance company.
THE JOB - Air Conditioning Engineer (Building Maintenance)
You will be covering multiple sites around Cambridgeshire / North Essex. As part of a large team, you'll be delivering M&E / Air Conditioning maintenance.
Key duties & Responsibilities:
- PPM & Reactive maintenance
- Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service / maintenance
- Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRV's, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
- Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
- Extensive building services knowledge
- Maintain and update Log books
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Fgas 2079 Cat 1 - (Essential)
- NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Minimum)
- NVQ Level 3 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Desired but not essential)
- NVQ / City & Guilds - Electrical Engineering - (Desired but not essential)
- 18th Edition (Desired but not essential)
- Daikin & Mitsubishi AC system knowledge
- 5 - 7 Years Experience
- Full UK Drivers Licence (Clean)
PACKAGE
- Salary: Available upon application
- Working Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Transport & expenses: Van & Fuel Card, Expenses Card (for supplier costs & parts etc)
- Travel time: Paid after 30 minutes each way - although if starting before 7:30am & finishing after 17:30pm travel time paid in full
- Holiday: 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
- Call Out Rota: 1 in 5 at present but will extend to 1 in 9 / 10 as the team grows
- Standby Allowance: £125 when on call
- Overtime: Time & a half standard, Weekends after Saturday 1pm double time, 10pm - 6am Double time, 6am - 8am time & a half
