Position: Maintenance Operative (Plumbing Biased) Location: Hammersmith, West London Salary: Up to £37,000 Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm About the Role: Are you a skilled Maintenance Operative ready for a new challenge? We are seeking a Maintenance operative with a strong background in Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial/residential building maintenance. This role involves carrying out plumbing & handyman duties at a number of presitigious sites. Key Responsibilities: Pipework (Steel, iron & copper) Fixing leaks Basic electrics Carpentry repairs Liasing with contractors General Handyman maintenance.
