Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager

Location: South West London

Salary: Up to £100,000 + Package

Overview

We are working with a prestigious Tier One M&E Contractor delivering complex, high-value engineering projects across London. The business is currently leading a £30m critical services design & build scheme in Southwest London on a two-year programme, alongside a strong pipeline of secured work.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and promote a strong Health & Safety culture on site
• Manage mechanical design from concept through to completion
• Support pre-construction planning, programming and procurement strategies
• Oversee mechanical procurement and supply chain activities
• Take full ownership of mechanical delivery on site
• Manage budgets, forecasts, variations and value engineering opportunities
• Implement and maintain robust quality assurance procedures
• Lead, mentor and develop engineers, supervisors and site teams
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders
• Drive delivery in line with the master programme
• Oversee testing, commissioning and final handover

About You

• Proven experience delivering large-scale mechanical or MEP projects
• Strong technical, commercial and leadership skills
• Background with Tier One M&E contractors is preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
