We are excited to present an opportunity for the role of Mobile HVAC Engineer with a leading Facilities Maintenance Service Provider covering London & Home Counties.
About the Role:
Are you a skilled HVAC Engineer ready for a new challenge? Join an established Building Services company and take your career to the next level! We are seeking a qualified HVAC Engineer with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This role involves carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance to a variety of commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs
- Daikin & Mitsubishi AC system knowledge
- Maintain AHUs and FCUs
- Splits/multi-splits
- VRV/VAV/VRF
Package & Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary of up to £50,000
- Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

Requirements:
- Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Minimum), Level 3 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Desired but not essential)
- F-Gas Cat 1 (Essential)
- 3+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments
- Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Strong communication skills
- Full UK Drivers Licence (Clean, no more than 6 points)
