Position: Mobile AC Engineer Location: Covering South East London & Kent Salary: Up to £42,000 + Overtime available About the Role: Are you a skilled AC Engineer ready for a new challenge? Join an established Building Services company and take your career to the next level! We are seeking a qualified AC Engineer with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This role involves carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance to a variety of commercial sites. Key Responsibilities: Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs Daikin & Mitsubishi AC system knowledge Maintain AHUs and FCUs Splits/multi-splits VRV/VAV/VRF Package & Benefits: Competitive basic salary of up to £42,000 Callout: 1 in 5 at present but will extend to 1 in 9 / 10 as the team grows Standby Allowance: £125 when on call Transport & expenses: Van & Fuel Card, Expenses Card (for supplier costs & parts etc) Travel time: Paid after 30 minutes each way – although if starting before 7:30am & finishing after 17:30pm travel time paid in full Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm Full company uniform Comprehensive benefits Requirements: Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Minimum), Level 3 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Desired but not essential) F-Gas Cat 1 (Essential) 3+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments Proven track record in commercial building maintenance Strong communication skills Full UK Drivers Licence (Clean, no more than 6 points) If you’re eager to progress your career in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
