We are seeking a qualified electrical engineer with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial environments. This role requires the candidate to be technically strong.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs
Competent electrical & mechanical knowledge
Computer literate
Client facing skills to communicate with the client
Technical knowledge in Facilities Maintenance
Package & Benefits
Competitive basic salary of up to £46,000
Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm
Large amounts of Overtime Available
Callout frequency is 1 in every 6 weeks
25 Days annual leave + Bank Holidays
Requirements
Level 3 & 17th Edition Electrical Qualifications (minimum).
Previous experience as a time-served engineer.
4+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environment.
Qualified in Level 2/3 in a related electrical building services technical qualification.
Paying up to £46,000 P/A, Overtime available & other company related benefits.
