Project Overview: I’m representing an opportunity with a leading M&E contractor on a new-build, 25-storey commercial office scheme in Central London. This is a design & build project valued in excess of £20m MEP, due to commence shortly and run for the next 2-3 years.
Role Overview: We’re looking to speak with driven Electrical Supervisors to play a key role in the delivery of this flagship commercial development. You’ll be responsible for supervising electrical works on site, coordinating labour and subcontractors, maintaining programme, and ensuring works are delivered safely, to specification, and to a high standard.
This opportunity is open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including those with strong new-build commercial experience. The client is particularly keen to speak with go-getters who thrive in structured environments and enjoy working to well-organised, detailed programmes.
