An established Tier 2 M&E Contractor is looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team in London. This business specializes in premium, luxury residential schemes, with a strong pipeline of secured work across the capital.

You will take full delivery and commercial ownership of high-specification electrical packages on prestigious residential projects, with individual contract values ranging up to £10 million.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead standalone electrical packages up to £10m from pre-construction through to final handover and client sign-off.
  • Supervise and manage electrical sub-contractors on-site, ensuring work meets strict program deadlines and quality benchmarks.
  • Manage high-spec installations, including intelligent lighting (Lutron/Crestron), smart-home automation, AV systems, and core infrastructure.
  • Manage variations, monitor package budgets, and act as the primary technical contact for main contractors and developers.
Requirements
  • Proven track record as an Electrical PM within the UK high-end/luxury residential sector.
  • Experience managing electrical packages valued up to £5m-£10m.
  • Trade-qualified background or an HNC/HND/Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Valid SMSTS and CSCS Black Card.
