About the Role: Are you an electrical improver ready for a new challenge? Join an established Client Side company and take your career to the next level! We are seeking a qualified electrical improver with a desire in Facilities Maintenance and a track record in commercial environments. This role requires the candidate to be electrically qualified.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lighting
- Emergency light testing
- Fire alarm testing
- Small electrical works
- Health & Safety checks
Package & Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary of up to £35,000
- Training Provided
- Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm & 10am - 7pm (Alternating per week)
- Earlies & Lates
- Callout 1 in 4 (£120 standby rate)
- Overtime Available
Requirements:
- Level 3 Electrical Qualifications (minimum).
- 17th or 18th edition (desirable but not essential).
- Client Facing.
- Desire to progress in Building Services Engineering.
