About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified electrical engineer with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial environments. This role requires the candidate to be technically strong.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs
- Competent electrical & mechanical knowledge
- Computer literate
- Client facing skills to communicate with the client
- Technical knowledge in Facilities Maintenance
Package & Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary of up to £46,000
- Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
- Large amounts of Overtime Available
- Callout frequency is 1 in every 6 weeks
- 25 Days annual leave + Bank Holidays
Requirements:
- Level 3 & 17th Edition Electrical Qualifications (minimum).
- Previous experience as a time-served engineer.
- 4+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environment.
- Qualified in Level 2/3 in a related electrical building services technical qualification.
