Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Salary: Up to £38,000 Basic Salary + Pool Van
About the Role: Are you an experienced resident engineer ready for a new challenge? Join an established Client Side company and take your career to the next level! We are seeking a qualified electrical engineer with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial environments. This role requires the candidate to be technically strong.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs
- Reactive maintenance
- Computer literate
- Client facing skills to communicate with the client
- Technical knowledge in Facilities Maintenance
Package & Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary of up to £38,000
- Training Provided
- Monday to Friday - Working hours are as follows: Week 1: 7am - 4pm, Week 2: 8am - 5pm, Week 3: 9am - 6pm then start the rota again.
- On call 1 in 3, £130pw Standby and Saturday & Sunday 8am to 1pm onsite overtime when on call.
- When on call, can use the company pool van for the week.
- Pool van available on site to travel to over sites within the portfolio
- 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Option to buy up to 5 days holiday
- Other benefits include Pension 5% Contribution, Health and Wellness Program, 12 Weeks Fully Paid Paternity and many more benefits!
Requirements:
- Level 3 & 17th Edition Electrical Qualifications (minimum).
- Previous experience as a time-served engineer.
- 4+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environment.
- Qualified in Level 2/3 in a related electrical building services technical qualification.
