Key Responsibilities- Personal Care & Support
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting while maintaining dignity and respect.
- Provide mobility support, including helping clients move safely around their home.
- Assist with medication reminders and basic healthcare monitoring.
- Meal Preparation & Household Tasks
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for clients.
- Companionship & Emotional Support
- Offer emotional support and friendly companionship to reduce loneliness.
- Engage clients in social activities and meaningful conversations.
- Encourage participation in hobbies and light exercises when appropriate.
- Monitoring & Reporting
- Observe and report any changes in clients' health, mood, or behavior to healthcare professionals or family members.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any incidents.

- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred but not essential).
- Valid DBS check.
- Knowledge of safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety regulations.
- Empathetic, patient, and compassionate approach to care.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Full UK Driving License (preferred, if required for travel between clients).
- Flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight care.
