The Insolvency Assistant Manager Senior Administrator will report directly into the IP's/Directors, be responsible for the management of a varied caseload of Corporate and Personal insolvency cases from onset to closure. You will be part of a supportive and inclusive, close-knit team, where your ideas and contributions are valued.
You will
- Manage your own casework and projects to strict timelines from inception to closure
- Undertake both pre & post appointment duties
- Ensure cases are fully compliant
- Liaise with multiple external and internal teams including client Directors and Company Officers
- Investigation duties
- Supporting the Insolvency manager, Insolvency Practitioners / Directors and accepting delegated departmental responsibilities
- Manage and support junior members of staff
Key requirements
- Have at least 2-3 yrs experience of working within Corporate Insolvency
- CPI would be advantageous but not essential
- The ability to work with clients and build a good relationship
Salary
- Our client is offering an excellent salary package of £40 -45k PA plus benefits
- Study Assistance for both CPI & JIEB
