We are currently working with an independent insolvency firm based in the Central Lancashire who is looking to recruit an experienced full-time Insolvency Manager to head up a Post-appointment team with ideally Four year's experience of working within Corporate Insolvency.
This is a full-time opportunity and is ideal for an experienced Manager or Assistant Manager looking to develop and further their career with a desire to gain their JIEB qualification.
Our client can offer a permanent full-time office based working contract but for the right person they would consider flexible working from home and the office .
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the post appointment team, working closely with internal departments, Directors, Creditors and the Insolvency Practitioners in a fast-paced environment handing a high volume of CVL cases .
The team deals with the administration and progression of corporate insolvency cases following appointment, including statutory work, investigations, case reviews, employee and pension matters, creditor correspondence and closures.
