We are looking for a dedicated and detailâoriented Junior Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple accounting functions independently while supporting daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage full set of cave accounts for 5 small companies.
- Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, General Ledger, prepayment/accrual schedules, fixed asset schedules, and bank reconciliations.
- Submit quarterly GST returns.
- Handle and manage restaurant licensing matters.
- Maintain daily sales reports and cash sales reports.
- Liaise with the operations team on discrepancies in sales receipts.
- Enter supplier invoices into MYOB accounting software.
- Reconcile supplier SOA balances with MYOB closing amounts and prepare monthly supplier payments.
- Prepare petty cash claims.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, collecting, and sorting incoming mail.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Relevant working experience in Singapore is required.
- Able to work independently, selfâmotivated, and a strong team player.
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
