About the Role
We are looking for confident, reliable, and personable Brand Ambassadors to represent us at live events across the UK. This is not a one-off role; we run events regularly and are building a core team of people we can trust and rebook consistently.
You will be the face of the brand on the ground: engaging with the public, driving interest, and creating a positive, energetic presence at our stands, speaking with customers, handing out rewards and promotional material.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging confidently with event attendees (no standing around waiting to be approached)
- Starting natural conversations and representing the brand in a friendly, authentic way
- Encouraging participation (sign-ups, demos, samples, etc.)
- Maintaining a professional and energetic presence throughout your shift
- Working closely with team leads and following event briefings
What We’re Looking For
This role suits people who are naturally outgoing but also dependable. We prioritise reliability and attitude over experience.
You must be:
- Punctual and dependable - if you say you’ll be there, you’re there
- Confident approaching and speaking to strangers
- Well-presented and professional
- Able to stay positive and energetic for full shifts
- Comfortable working in busy, fast-paced environments
Strong Preference For People With Backgrounds In:
- Sales or customer-facing roles
- Events, promotions, or brand ambassador work
- Hospitality (front-of-house, not just back-of-house)
- Acting, performing, or fitness instruction
Additional Requirements (Casino / Poker Events)
As many of our events take place in casino environments, applicants must:
- Be aged 18+ (legal requirement for casino venues)
- Be eligible to work in the UK with valid right-to-work documentation
- Be able to pass venue-specific security checks where required
- Be comfortable working in licensed gambling environments
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times
Desirable (not essential):
- Previous experience working in casinos, poker events, or gaming environments
- Basic understanding of poker or live gaming environments
We will guide you on venue-specific rules and expectations before each event.
Pay & Perks
Competitive salary (depending on experience and role), regular, ongoing work opportunities, fast payment, and the opportunity to become a Team Lead for the right people.
How to Apply
To apply, please send:
- A short introduction about yourself
- Your availability
- A 30-second video of you introducing a product, event, or idea as if speaking to a stranger (We prioritise applications with video - this helps us see your communication style and energy.)
Why Join Us
We’re building a reliable, high-quality team - not a revolving door of temporary staff. If you’re someone who takes pride in showing up, doing a great job, and being part of a strong team, you’ll get consistent work and opportunities to grow with us.
NOTE: Events are held at various locations in England (Luton, Leeds, Reading, Walsall, Bolton & Coventry). Only UK residents will be considered for this position. Please include your address on your CV so we know where you are based. Many thanks.
