Due to continued growth and an expanding workload, we have an exciting opportunity for a talented and highly motivated Senior Structural Engineer to join our team. We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Structural Engineer to play a key role in the delivery of a diverse range of projects. Reporting directly to the Directors, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading structural design activities, mentoring junior engineers, managing project delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships. Lead the structural design and analysis of projects across a variety of sectors. Produce and review engineering calculations, specifications, technical reports, and detailed design drawings. Manage project deliverables, programmes, and resources. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to graduate and junior engineers. Liaise directly with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Attend site visits, surveys, inspections, and meetings as required. A Degree (BEng/MEng) in Structural Engineering. A minimum of 7 years' post-graduate structural design experience. Proven experience delivering structural engineering projects within industrial, infrastructure, energy, Residential, Education, Healthcare, or related sectors.
