Your responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing professional advice before, during, and after the purchase.
- Actively sell our products and accessories across a wide range of product categories.
- Present our solutions with enthusiasm and inspire customers with new ideas.
- Proactively approach customers and handle enquiries in person and by phone.
- Manage telephone enquiries and process customer cases from initial contact through to resolution.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer requests efficiently.
- Document enquiries, cases, and solutions accurately in the system.
- Support the presentation and maintenance of the showroom and point of sale.
- Help create a welcoming, professional shopping environment.
Your profile / Skills:
- Previous kitchen or catering experience.
- Good computer skills.
- Enjoy working directly with customers, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Hands‑on, proactive, and well‑organised approach to work.
- Passion for consulting and selling commercial kitchen equipment.
- Professional and well‑groomed appearance.
- Motivated, open‑minded, and a strong team player.
- Good technical understanding and confident communication skills.
