GG Glass are seeking an account administrator within our National Accounts Team, providing a 24/7 service to over 200 commercial clients across the UK.
Responsibilities
- Preparation/calculation of estimates from information supplied by branches/subcontractors.
- Use of SAP to produce estimate/invoice and log within system.
- Preparation/calculation of invoices from information supplied by branches/subcontractors.
- Prepare estimates/invoices on various customer specific templates and upload to web portals.
- Liaise with suppliers to reduce costs where necessary.
- Liaise with customers to follow up on quotations and reporting feedback.

Person Specification
Reporting to the National Accounts Costing Manager and working as part of a small team, the successful candidate will be reliable, flexible, personable and able to work using own initiative and time management.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm with 30 days holiday entitlement (inclusive of bank holidays).
