Reporting to the Helpdesk Manager and working as part of a small team, Key Account Co‑Ordinators are responsible for the smooth running of our top National Account clients and their reactive glazing needs. Working within a fast paced office environment, the responsibilities and duties of the role include but are not limited to:
- Receipting and logging of jobs on Enterpryze system
- Updating of customer portals providing management information and key updates
- Producing and uploading of quotations/invoices to customer portals
- Providing support to the Account Managers/Head of National Accounts through varying administrative tasks when needed
- Liaising with branches and subcontractor network to ensure jobs are completed efficiently
