What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensuring full compliance with all applicable aviation laws, regulations, and company procedures.
- Delivering world‑class, personalised service with discretion, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Escorting passengers to and from the terminal, assisting with luggage, and anticipating client needs throughout the journey.
- Taking full responsibility for passenger safety and comfort from boarding to disembarkation.
- Conducting thorough pre‑flight cabin checks to ensure catering, amenities, and emergency equipment are ready for service.
- Sourcing, preparing, and presenting catering to an exceptional standard—including light cooking or plating onboard.
- Overseeing aircraft provisioning and re‑stocking, ensuring all catering, amenities, and interior items are maintained between flights.
- Delivering safety demonstrations and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Completing accurate post‑flight reports, detailing incidents, passenger feedback, or maintenance needs.
- Assisting Flight Operations and Owners with additional passenger requests as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid First Aid Certification.
- Valid Crew Resource Management (CRM) Certification.
- Valid Smoke and Fire Training Certification.
- Valid U.S. B1/B2 and C1/D visas (or the ability to obtain them).
- Previous Corporate or VIP Cabin Crew experience—business jet operations are strongly preferred.
- Strong culinary and catering presentation skills, with the ability to manage bespoke passenger requests independently.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
