We are looking for a Client Solutions Director (CSD) to lead complex transformation initiatives across Capital Markets and Banking clients, combining deep technical expertise with strong client-facing and commercial capability. This is a senior, high-impact role for someone who operates at the intersection of technology, delivery, and client growth.

The Role

You will work directly on client site to shape and deliver large-scale transformation programmes, acting as a trusted advisor and technical leader across the full lifecycle. A key part of the role is to land and expand within strategic clients, using your credibility and delivery leadership to grow the footprint and identify new opportunities. You will:

  • Lead solution design and pre-sales for complex engagements
  • Engage senior client stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CDO level) on transformation strategy
  • Drive delivery across cloud, data, and platform programmes
  • Act as the bridge between engineering teams and business outcomes
  • Identify and develop new opportunities within accounts, expanding client relationships
  • Shape deals and support pipeline growth through strong technical and domain leadership

This role requires strong on-site presence and the ability to operate as a Client CTO / Transformation Leader.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a senior role within consulting, systems integration, or banking technology
  • Strong Capital Markets expertise, with a deep understanding of front-to-back platforms and transformation challenges
  • Knowledge of key capital markets technology ecosystems and partners (e.g. cloud hyperscalers, data platforms, trading / post-trade vendors)
  • Deep expertise in:
    • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
    • Data and platform engineering
    • AI / GenAI and its application within financial services
  • Experience leading both pre-sales and complex delivery programmes
  • Strong commercial mindset, with a track record of growing accounts on client site
  • Ability to engage confidently at senior stakeholder level and influence outcomes
  • Hands-on technical credibility – comfortable going deep with engineering teams
