We are seeking a commercial and delivery-focused Senior Manager – Business Transformation to support the execution of high-impact transformation initiatives across our UK financial services portfolio. This role will work closely with UK leadership and delivery teams to translate strategic priorities into actionable programmes, ensuring strong execution, governance, and measurable outcomes. You will play a key role in driving operational improvement, strengthening commercial discipline, and supporting scalable growth across the UK business.

Role Responsibilities

  • Transformation Delivery & Execution
    • Support the execution of UK transformation initiatives aligned to business strategy
    • Develop and maintain delivery plans, roadmaps and programme reporting
    • Translate strategic priorities into clear workstreams, milestones and deliverables
    • Establish and run effective governance forums (programme reviews, steering sessions)
    • Track KPIs, risks and dependencies, ensuring transparency across stakeholders
    • Prepare updates, reporting and briefing materials for leadership review
  • Cross-functional Alignment
    • Work across Sales, Delivery, Finance and People teams to ensure aligned execution
    • Identify and help resolve cross-team blockers and operational challenges
    • Improve ways of working, communication and coordination across programmes
    • Support business cases, value tracking, forecasting and utilisation improvement
    • Partner with Finance and Delivery to strengthen financial discipline
    • Contribute to identifying efficiency and optimisation opportunities
  • Delivery Oversight
    • Provide oversight across multiple projects or workstreams
    • Support pre-sales activities including discovery, scoping and solution shaping
    • Contribute to escalation management and programme delivery success
  • Client & Market Contribution
    • Contribute to client engagements with transformation insight and delivery expertise
    • Support development of propositions and offerings where relevant

Required Experience

  • Proven experience delivering business or digital transformation programmes in financial services
  • Strong understanding of operating model improvement, governance and programme delivery
  • Experience working on technology-enabled change (cloud, data, digital)
  • Commercial awareness including business cases, financial tracking and delivery performance
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple functions
