We're looking for an experienced Business Architect, Lead Business Analyst or Transformation Consultant to join a major digital transformation programme within the private banking and wealth management sector.
This role will play a key part in shaping how future products, services, customer journeys and business processes are designed and delivered.
Working across business and technology teams, you will help define future ways of working, identify opportunities for improvement and support the delivery of a next-generation wealth platform.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys operating across strategy, business change and delivery while working with senior stakeholders on a high-profile transformation programme.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Lead workshops with business stakeholders to understand current challenges, objectives and opportunities.
- Analyse existing business processes, customer journeys and operating models.
- Define future-state business processes and ways of working.
- Gather, document and manage business requirements.
- Support the design of target operating models and business capabilities.
