You'll play an important role in improving plant reliability, supporting maintenance strategies and helping the business move towards a more proactive approach to engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse equipment breakdowns, maintenance records and failure trends to identify recurring problems.
  • Carry out root-cause analysis and develop corrective and preventative actions.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce unplanned downtime, improve equipment availability and increase reliability.
  • Review preventative maintenance plans and recommend improvements to maintenance frequencies and activities.
  • Monitor equipment performance, maintenance costs and reliability KPIs.

  • Work closely with maintenance engineers, production teams and management to resolve persistent equipment issues.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on plant performance, efficiency and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain reliability reports, action plans and technical documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve asset life, reduce repeat failures and optimise maintenance resources.
  • Support the introduction of reliability improvement projects and standardised maintenance practices.
  • Promote a proactive, data-led approach to engineering and continuous improvement.

About You

  • Comfortable working with maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office applications.

What's on Offer?

  • A permanent, days-based position with office-based working.
  • The opportunity to influence plant reliability and engineering performance.
