  • Own and maintain end-to-end delivery plans for assigned initiatives, from initial requirements through to implementation and operational readiness.
  • Translate business, regulatory, and operational requirements into clear, actionable delivery plans with defined owners, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Provide regular, clear reporting on progress, risks, and issues to senior stakeholders and governance forums using the Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, CoPilot).
  • Create and maintain project documentation and management information, including RAID logs, with a strong focus on mitigation and outcomes rather than administration.
  • Work closely with Compliance, Risk, and Trade Surveillance to ensure regulatory and control requirements are fully embedded into delivered solutions.
  • Partner with R&D and Product teams to ensure business and functional intent is accurately reflected in technical implementation.
  • Organise, chair, and drive project working groups and delivery forums, ensuring decisions are made and actions are followed through.
  • Support audit and regulatory activity by ensuring delivery outcomes are evidenced, documented, and governance ready.

Minimum 7 years’ experience in programme management or delivery role within financial services, exchanges, trading venues, consulting, or other regulated environments.

  • Experience leading and scaling high-performing programme management teams.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams across technology, product, risk, operations, compliance.
  • Prior experience in Banking or Non-Bank Financial Institutions and exposure to derivatives would be a plus.
  • Familiarity with the main Tier One regulatory frameworks would be a plus.
