The Role
We are seeking a capable and hands-on Facilities & Maintenance Manager to support the ongoing upkeep, safety, and efficient operations across all our sites. This is a varied and practical role suited to someone who enjoys maintenance work and problem-solving across a broad range of property. The nature of the role will be dynamic through reacting to issues as they arise. The successful candidate will be proactive, reliable, and highly adaptable, with strong maintenance and repair skills and the confidence to identify issues before they become problems. The role requires someone who can balance practical day-to-day maintenance responsibilities with contractor coordination, compliance awareness, and general estate support.
