Reporting to the Assistant Group Payroll Manager and based at our Newcastle site, you will enjoy a flexible hybrid working arrangement.

We are looking for a proactive individual with strong attention to detail and people skills. You will be solutions focused and enjoy problem solving. This role is offered on a fixed term 12-month contract.

What you will be doing:

  • Accurate and timely data entry of payroll information
  • Managing the payroll inbox and responding to employee queries
  • Assisting with reporting and reconciliation of payroll data
  • High level of professionalism, dealing with sensitive, confidential documents and personal information
