GEWISS is an Italian multinational company that operates internationally in the development of technological solutions and innovative services for home & building automation, energy protection and distribution, electric mobility and smart lighting. The history of GEWISS is rooted in a successful entrepreneurial path, born from the revolutionary intuition of the use of technopolymer in electrical systems and guided by the values of integrity, culture of excellence and sustainability. We are experiencing a moment of exciting and ambitious growth to be increasingly managerial, international, digital and sustainable. For this reason, we need the best talents to walk alongside us, supporting together this process of continuous evolution.
The role is responsible for building, developing, and managing a robust network of direct accounts and strategic influencers, including architects, designers, developers, installers, system integrators, panel builders, and general contractors. Its objective is to ensure consistent specification, adoption, and successful implementation of Gewiss solutions across all stages of a project, from early concept through tendering, execution, and invoicing.
Acting as a long‑term partner to customers and prescribers with a material impact on business development, the role drives project acquisition, safeguards specification integrity, and supports sustainable growth through technically sound and commercially viable solutions.
Market Development and Project IdentificationThe role actively scouts the market to identify new customers and strategic partners capable of generating future projects. It establishes early contact with key decision‑makers, assesses project potential, and verifies budget allocation in order to propose feasible, value‑driven solutions. Close collaboration with architects, designers, installers, and electrical specialists ensures Gewiss products are embedded in project documentation from the earliest planning stages.
In cooperation with the technical and product teams, the role develops complete, optimised solutions that balance performance, compliance, and cost. The role supports the technical solution directly with the customer, addressing clarifications and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Management and ExecutionThe role follows specified projects through all phases, ensuring that Gewiss solutions are implemented as designed and are not substituted by competitive alternatives. It maintains continuous communication with developers, installers, procurement teams, and project managers, monitors progress at each stage and manages negotiations with beneficiaries to adjust bids in line with project specifications and budget constraints. Responsibility extends through to invoicing, maintaining visibility and continuity until project closure.
Close cooperation with internal Sell‑In, and Technical teams ensures seamless transition from specification to implementation, whether projects close directly or via distributors. The role contributes to sales performance analysis, monitors lead‑to‑sale conversion, and supports complex offer preparation to ensure consistency and commercial effectiveness.
Customer Engagement and PromotionThe role organises and delivers product presentations to key decision‑makers, with technical support as required by project complexity.
CRM, Reporting, and Data ManagementAll projects and opportunities, including those linked to distributors, are registered and maintained in the CRM system to ensure accurate pipeline visibility. The role prepares ad‑hoc and CRM‑based reports to analyse project status, partner performance, and sales outcomes, providing regular updates to management.
Claims, Quality, and Corporate ResponsibilitiesThe role acts as an interface between customers and internal customer service and technical teams to resolve claims or technical issues efficiently. It complies with internal processes, respects management deadlines, and contributes to corporate projects, including initiatives not directly related to sales.
Through a personalised, project‑centric approach, the role strengthens customer loyalty, protects specification integrity, and generates repeat business, while ensuring that Gewiss solutions are delivered consistently, competitively, and in line with both technical and commercial expectations.
