This is an offshore role based on a Service Operation Vessel (SOV). The Offshore Deputy Supervisor supports the efficient and safe operation of offshore activities, ensuring technical performance, maintenance targets, and health and safety standards are consistently met. Working closely with offshore teams, site management, and technical support, this role plays a key part in maintaining operational excellence while deputising for the SOV Shift Supervisor when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate turbine performance data, identify technical issues from offshore teams, and provide structured feedback to site management.
  • Monitor and support the achievement of scheduled maintenance targets.
  • Liaise with technical support teams to resolve offshore technical issues and minimise downtime.
  • Assist Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) teams with safety matters, including incident investigations and implementation of solutions.
  • Support daily offshore operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company procedures.
  • Deputise for the SOV Shift Supervisor in their absence, ensuring continuity of leadership and decision-making offshore.
