Who You Are:
Are you deeply engaged and passionate about the world of celebrity, fashion, and entertainment with the logistical finesse to bring it all together behind the scenes? Getty Images is looking for someone who lives and breathes pop culture, thrives in fast-paced environments, and brings razor-sharp organisational skills to the table. If you're the kind of person who can juggle priorities without dropping the ball, lead with confidence, and find creative joy in the chaos of daily event production then read on. This is a newly created role focused on producing our Fashion and Entertainment news coverage, while also supporting the broader daily output of a very lively Entertainment department. If you're looking for something creatively rewarding, a little different, and with a company that has a consistent track record of success, this could be the role for you.
The ideal candidate has a wide appreciation for all forms of content, with a particular passion for fashion, luxury brands, and entertainment news and the instinct to schedule coverage in line with these interests. You think creatively about how stories are told and bring experience in producing and organising events, content, or editorial shoots. While confident working autonomously, you're equally comfortable collaborating within a larger production team that includes producers, photographers, videographers, and editors. You're able to prioritise a demanding workload, balance multiple projects, and stay calm under pressure. You're also confident leading teams on-site at events, ensuring smooth workflows and optimal working conditions, so a solid understanding of events and production logistics is essential.
We embrace flexible working practices and aim to offer as much flexibility as possible. However, this role does require regular in-office time each week to support a strong onboarding experience, encourage knowledge sharing, and provide valuable opportunities to build relationships with team members and settle confidently into the role. The role also involves travel from time to time and out of office hours. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Editorial Entertainment, EMEA.

- Stay on top of the entertainment calendar by maintaining close contact with clients, publicists, and PRs to secure premium access for coverage.
- Maintain industry awareness, keeping up to date with breaking news, sports, celebrity events, and pop culture developments.
- Develop a strong understanding of our content creators’ work and stay informed on emerging technologies and relevant industry terminology.
- Handle logistics for content teams attending events, including coordination of access, travel, and content-sharing arrangements.
- Lead or support the on-site production of major editorial events and tentpole moments across territories.
- Monitor competitors to ensure we remain competitive in both access and quality of coverage.
- Manage and maintain a monthly budget, regularly reviewing contributor revenues and tracking profit margins.
- Foster positive relationships with content creators, offering regular feedback on performance, and identifying new talent as needed.
- Work closely with the sales team to promote key content and gather production feedback from editorial clients.
- Carry out general administrative duties related to production, coordination, and content delivery.
What You'll Need:
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural talent for building professional networks.
- A commercial mindset and solid understanding of key editorial clients and their content needs.
- Relevant experience in content production, coordination, or editorial/celebrity relationship management.
- Flexibility to travel and work outside of regular hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A genuine passion for media, journalism, and the entertainment industry.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while staying calm under pressure.
- A can-do, solution-oriented attitude with resilience and tenacity.
- A strong grasp of the digital content ecosystem, including social media, news, and publisher platforms.
