Training

Training to be Provided

Formal training is delivered at HWGTA, located in Hereford (HR4 9SX). You will receive a training plan specific to your qualification, with sessions delivered through a combination of face-to-face and remote learning. Monthly visits from your assigned Learning and Development Specialist will monitor your development and wellbeing and prepare you for your End Point Assessment to gain your Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 qualification. A five-day teambuilding residential trip is also offered to all apprentices in the spring of each year.
