Vacancy Description

• Learn to work with Cisco technologies, including Catalyst switching, routing, and management tools
• Gain exposure to multi-vendor platforms such as Juniper, HP, Aruba, and Meraki
• Develop skills in configuring and troubleshooting networks, including fault finding
• Support the installation of networking and server hardware at customer sites
• Gain hands-on experience with desktop products, Microsoft technologies, and Wintel servers
• Provide on-site and remote support to customers, handling issues effectively and professionally
• Participate in out-of-hours client requests as part of an on-call rota (with additional compensation)
