Vacancy Description

You will work within the Customer and Market Insight team who are part of the Marketing & Customer Insights Directorate and play a pivotal role in helping the organisation understand its customers and learners to ensure that they are at the heart of strategic decision-making.

  • Learn to understand customers, competitors, trends, digital behaviour and markets and anticipate future industry directions to drive strategic decision-making
  • Analyse market and competitor data, reporting market share, responding to ad hoc questions from stakeholders and building dashboards
  • Support the development and delivery of the customer experience measurement program, including journey measurement, questionnaire design, sample sourcing and communicating the results
  • Contribute to ad hoc research projects, both qualitative and quantitative, through internal teams or external agencies
  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Experience, Marketing and Sales teams to provide insights
