In this role, you’ll gain valuable experience while supporting students in various ways, including:

• Assisting teachers in creating engaging, supportive, and structured learning environments.
• Working one-on-one or with small groups, helping students with activities both in the classroom and in the community.
• Supporting off-site activities like visits to leisure centres or local shops, helping students build life skills.
• Encouraging teamwork and positive attitudes by facilitating shared ideas and activities amongst students.
