• Ensuring the organisation complies with relevant legislation throughout the onboarding process
• Processing data on our Electronic Staff Record (ESR) to ensure staff are paid correctly
• Acting as the first point of contact for recruitment queries from candidates and recruiting managers
• Regularly liaising with HR Business Partners to provide recruitment updates and solving complex queries
