• To support the Childcare Practitioners and all other members of staff to facilitate appropriate activities and experiences, suitable for children’s individual stages of learning and development

• You will be expected to attend monthly staff meetings for one hour within your contracted work time
• Staff meetings will be held at nursery
• This will be an opportunity to inform team members of any relevant information regarding your key children and to participate in sharing thoughts and ideas for the benefit of the children
• Undertake staff development training where identified and as appropriate
• Undertake other duties required as requested by the Senior Childcare Practitioner, Deputy Manager or Manager
