Training

For the full apprenticeship, candidates will complete:

  • Level 3 Civil Engineering Technician Apprenticeship Standard
  • Level 2 Award in Functional Skills mathematics
  • Level 2 Award in Functional Skills English
  • End Point Assessment (EPA) - leading to EngTech qualification with the ICE for successful candidates

For the End Point Assessment (EPA) apprentices will undertake a technical project report and discussion, and a professional discussion underpinned by the portfolio. Apprentices must attend college sessions one day per week at the Ipswich Road campus, located near Norwich city centre.
