Getting Clean is growing and needs a Production Manager to own day-to-day soap production, turning a growing order book into high-quality, on-time products. You will lead the production floor, plan output, manage stock, and mentor a small team that includes people building skills and confidence through recovery.
You’ll drive quality, safety, and process improvements while working closely with leadership to scale the operation and maintain the brand’s purpose-driven mission in Leeds.
