The Mission: Win London. Then Go Beyond. London is the undisputed "Final Boss" of the European private hire and ride-hailing market. As our Senior Growth Operations Manager, you take absolute ownership of our 3rd Party Operations. You are the architect of the network that fulfills all our private hire demand. You’ll manage our growing airport services, our nationwide PHV partnerships, and our strategic partnerships with major Black Cab circuits and ride hailers. Because we hold the keys to London’s most prestigious corporate demand, everyone wants to work with us. Your job is to decide who we work with, how we win together, and how fast we can scale.

What You’ll Own

  • The Network & Sourcing: You are the face of Gett to our 3rd party fleet partners. You’ll identify, vet, and onboard new supply partners to ensure we never have to say "no" to a customer.
  • The Category Strategy: You define what the customer experiences. From pricing logic to service levels, you set the standards between "Executive Transfer" and a standard "Ride Hail" order.
  • Commercial Optimization: You own the profitability of these partnerships. You’ll balance the cost of supply with the need for growth, ensuring our operations are both hyper-reliable and commercially sustainable.
  • The Regulatory Guardrail: You ensure every partner meets the gold standard of London’s licensing and compliance obligations.
  • Internal Evangelism: You’ll turn "fleet feedback" into "product roadmaps." You are the bridge between the fleet office and our global tech teams.
  • People Leadership: You won’t be doing this alone. You will have a direct report (Partner Manager) to help execute the day-to-day tactical work, allowing you to focus on high-level commercial strategy and partnership growth. You’ll be responsible for their mentorship, performance, and professional development.

  • Entrepreneurial First-Principles Thinker: You don’t care "how it’s always been done." You identify the most efficient way to bring two parties together and make magic happen.
  • Data-Obsessed: You live in the "why" of the data. You can spot a fulfillment dip in a dashboard, diagnose the root cause, and implement an automated fix before it hits the P&L.
  • High-Stakes Influencer: You can balance the needs of a fleet owner with the needs of a corporate client, ensuring every partnership is built for the long term.

Interview Process

  • Talent Screen - (30 mins Video) Joe, Senior People & Talent Development Partner will be asking around your experience and motivations.
  • Peer Interview- (1 hour on site) Here you will meet several of the team who will be diving deeper into your experience, you will also have the chance to ask questions!
  • Final Interview - (1 hour on site) Here you will meet Patrick- Senior Director UK Marketplace & Chris Lewis- UK MD.

Please Note: To give you an idea of how long the process could take, we typically estimate 1 week per interview due to diary management - if we can fit 2 interviews in 1 week we will try.
