We have an exciting opportunity to join our partner management team here at Gett. You’ll be keeping our corporate customers moving by helping manage our relationships with our partner fleets, licensed taxi and private hire companies across England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. You’ll be developing the relationships, processes and data we need to provide the best possible service.
What you will be doing:
- Support the partner relations manager in triaging and responding to operational enquiries and onboarding new fleets to our platform
- Use Salesforce to maintain and improve our database of active fleet partners (full training will be provided)
- Assist in the design, creation and introduction of processes to best manage our fleet partners
- Take responsibility for the monitoring of several key performance indicators, making recommendations to the team on which areas to prioritise
- Help ensure our partners get paid on time by finding efficient ways to match their invoices with our data
- Own the process for organising and supporting our clients with events and special requirements
- Manage the communications with several of our regional partners, sending out regular communications, updates and performance reports

This team will give you broad experience in operations at Gett. The successful candidate will be encouraged and supported in networking and identifying their own strengths and interests. Members of this team are typically operations generalists who have gone on to a wide variety of roles, including: project management, business development, partner management and product operations.
