Salary: Up to £55,000 + 50% OTE

80-90% in the field, so must be London based. We do not offer sponsorship.

About the Role: This is a newly created Field Sales Account Executive - Hospitality position, reporting to the Director of Key Accounts. The role focuses on expanding Gett’s guest booking segment, particularly driving signings for Cash / Guest rides growth. You will have full ownership of this segment, which is ripe for disruption, contributing significantly to our growth. The role is predominantly field-based within London, targeting hotels, restaurants, care/private medical facilities, luxury apartments, and other potential clients. Your responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting, building a pipeline, demonstrating our services, and closing deals to meet targets.
  • Supporting and executing Gett’s Cash Rides / guest booking strategy—growing revenue through new client signings, onboarding, and adoption.
  • Managing post-signature relationships, including onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Conducting field sales within the hospitality industry in London.
  • Developing relationships through face-to-face meetings.
  • Researching and identifying new client opportunities.
  • Maintaining a healthy pipeline of prospects.
  • Achieving monthly ride targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborating internally to share best practices and ensure customer loyalty.
  • Handling objections and resolving client issues.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • 3-5 years in Account Executive or Business Development roles, with a focus on field sales.
  • Experience selling to hotels or restaurants is preferred.
  • Proficiency in the full sales cycle from lead generation to account management.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent presentation, pitch, and demo skills.
  • Strong pipeline management abilities.
  • Positive attitude and resilience.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent time and task management skills.
  • Motivated to build and nurture client relationships.

Interview Process:

  • Talent Screen: 30-minute video call with our Talent and People Partner, Joe Phillips, discussing your sales experience and motivation.
  • Hiring Manager: 1-hour video call with Paul Grant (Sales Director) and Josh Burford to explore your sales background and fit for the role.
  • Peer Review: 1-hour skills-based interview with Paul Grant and Rosie McKinnon (VP B2B) to assess drive, target achievement, and relationship-building skills.

Note: The process typically takes about a week per interview, depending on diary availability.
