Responsibilities
- Drive pricing elaboration of new SWIFT products and services, supporting SWIFT Strategy and related value creation for the community.
- Conduct regular reviews of existing pricing schemes.
- Model complex business and pricing simulations, taking the lead on such projects.
- Ensure pricing actions can be implemented efficiently and ensure proper knowledge base and repository in collaboration with IT, Billing and Support teams.
- Remain constantly tuned on evolutions of the industry, pricing models, and specifically the SWIFT business and related economic models.
- Collaborate and engage effectively across the organization with Product, Business, Finance or Legal teams.
- Engage regularly with commercial teams and occasionally with customers.
- Communicate internally and externally on prices and economic models.
- Support continuous improvement, relevant customer experience and internal processes.
Qualifications
- University degree in Marketing, Economics, Management, Finance, or Engineering is required. A masters level degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of professional experience, with experience in Pricing a plus.

- Ability to see the big picture while capable of detailing implementation requirements.
- Sound understanding of the Financial industry and/or interest in the business of SWIFT.

- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English.

- Excellent knowledge of Excel and very good knowledge of other MS Office applications.
