Responsibilities
- Program Management: Navigate differing incentives and viewpoints to build alignment and maintain momentum. Programme management and structured approach to execution and governance. Establish clear processes, roles, and accountabilities to strengthen organisational alignment and enable effective execution. Break down ambiguous problems into structured workstreams with clear decision frameworks.
- Strategic Synthesis & Communication: Rapidly understand new topics (business, technical, operational) to support alignment in messaging and compelling narratives. Create executive-ready materials, including one-page summaries, conceptual frameworks, diagrams, and structured analyses. Simplify complex issues for varied audiences, from product teams to senior executives.
- Execution Support: Track delivery milestones, risks, and interdependencies; anticipate challenges and propose solutions. Coordinate across product, commercial, and operations to ensure coherence and progress. Deliver high-quality work at speed, adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
