With two new pools opening this April in central London, we’re hiring energetic, expert Children’s Swim Instructors who teach with skill, heart, and a sense of fun.
The role:
- Teach inspiring, fun, results‑driven lessons for babies, toddlers and children across small‑group, shared and private sessions.
- You’ll turn nervous splashes into confident swimmers, deliver our curriculum with flair, and build strong relationships with families who trust us with their little ones.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver engaging, age‑appropriate lessons aligned to our curriculum.
- Create a safe, supportive, and fun poolside vibe that builds water confidence.
- Give clear, constructive feedback and keep accurate progress records.
- Work flexibly during peak hours (weekday afternoons & weekends).
- Collaborate with the team to keep lesson quality exceptional.
Who you are:
- ASA/STA Level 2 or internationally recognised equivalent (required).
- Experience teaching children in a professional setting.
- Friendly, confident communicator who loves working with kids.
- Reliable, flexible, and passionate about child development and safety.
- Available to work weekends as part of your role.
