We build our own pools and craft unforgettable experiences for families. With two new pools opening this April in central London, we’re hiring energetic, expert Children’s Swim Instructors who teach with skill, heart, and a sense of fun.

The role:

  • Teach inspiring, fun, results‑driven lessons for babies, toddlers and children across small‑group, shared and private sessions.
  • You’ll turn nervous splashes into confident swimmers, deliver our curriculum with flair, and build strong relationships with families who trust us with their little ones.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver engaging, age‑appropriate lessons aligned to our curriculum.
  • Create a safe, supportive, and fun poolside vibe that builds water confidence.
  • Give clear, constructive feedback and keep accurate progress records.
  • Work flexibly during peak hours (weekday afternoons & weekends).
  • Collaborate with the team to keep lesson quality exceptional.

Who you are:

  • ASA/STA Level 2 or internationally recognised equivalent (required).
  • Experience teaching children in a professional setting.
  • Friendly, confident communicator who loves working with kids.
  • Reliable, flexible, and passionate about child development and safety.
  • Available to work weekends as part of your role.
