With two new pools opening this April in central London, we’re hiring energetic, expert Children’s Swim Instructors who teach with skill, heart, and a sense of fun.

The role:

  • Teach inspiring, fun, results-driven lessons for babies, toddlers and children across small-group, shared and private sessions.
  • You’ll turn nervous splashes into confident swimmers, deliver our curriculum with flair, and build strong relationships with families who trust us with their little ones.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned to our curriculum.
  • Create a safe, supportive, and fun poolside vibe that builds water confidence.
  • Give clear, constructive feedback and keep accurate progress records.
  • Work flexibly during peak hours (weekday afternoons & weekends).
  • Collaborate with the team to keep lesson quality exceptional.

Who you are:

  • ASA/STA Level 2 or internationally recognised equivalent (required).
  • Experience teaching children in a professional setting.
  • Friendly, confident communicator who loves working with kids.
  • Reliable, flexible, and passionate about child development and safety.
  • Available to work weekends as part of your role.
