About the Role
The Internal Recruitment Coordinator/Sourcing Specialist is an integral role within the Talent Acquisition team.
Your role will be to lead the selection process for our WCE recruitment team. You will help review, identify, source, candidates for our positions in Benelux, France, Italy and South Africa.
Responsibilities
- Interacting with the talent acquisition department to identify job openings and prepare job descriptions and requirements.
- Posting job openings on media and job boards.
- Screening potential candidates and setting up interviews after reviewing first screening questions.
- Finding and filtering appropriate job applicants and performing reference checks.
- Preparing job offers and arranging the relevant documents.
- Compiling reports on recruitment for the HR department.
- Participating in recruitment events, such as career fairs, preparing information packets, and gathering information from suitable candidates.
